New V3.00 Features and Changes:

   - Extensive terminology changes to conform to JAR-FCL 1.080 Recording of Flight Time requirements.
   - Flight Record data entry form changes:
        New Flight Operation (Single or Multi-pilot) and Day takeoff and landing fields added.
        Actual and Simulated Instrument fields combined in new IFR field. 
        HOC field replaced by separate P1, P1/s, Co-pilot and Dual Hours fields.
        DEPARTURE (FROM) and ARRIVAL (TO) field sizes changed to 15 characters.
        NAME PIC (CAPTAIN) field size increased to 12 chars.
        REMARKS & ENDORSEMENTS (REMARKS) field size increased to 50 chars.
        Dropdown selection list provided for the NAME PIC field.
   - Flight Records Table format changed to JAR-FCL 1 IEM 1.080 format (excluding Columns 11 - Synthetic Training Devices Session and including DAY and NIGHT T/O, INSTRUMENT APPROACHES and COST      fields).
   - New Day and Night takeoff and landing fields added to Simulator Records data entry and Table forms.
   - New Flight Records printout in accordance with JAR-FCL 1 IEM 1.080 format (excluding Columns 11 - Synthetic Training Devices Session) added.
   - Pooleys style Flight Records printout amended and changed to Skylog International format.
   - Certification C of T and C of E certificate printouts removed.
   - Total, Fixed-Wing and Rotary options added to Flight Records printing facility.
   - Display of zero fields & cursor position for Flight Hours fields when in Edit mode changed.
   - Monitoring of recent experience for maintaining JAR 12-month Type/Class ratings and 90-day passenger carrying privileges added to Pilot Data form.
   - Pilot Function (HOC) Flight hours in the Total, Annual and Monthly Hours and Aircraft Types reports 
     now detail P1, P1/s, Co-pilot and Dual Hours.
   - Accelerator keys added to Main Menu.
   - Resizing behaviour of grids changed so that additional columns (if hidden) are shown when grid width is increased.

Selection of PF value with another non-date value or selection of a Captain name in Total Hours and Flight Records 'Find Records' query selections gives incorrect query results - FIXED.

V3.02 15/12/00 Release

   - Selection of a Captain in Total Hours report's query selection gives database error - FIXED.
   - Entry of an Flight Record instrument approach can result in excessive truncation of an existing Remarks entry - FIXED.
   - Performance Data form's Performance Units Toolbar button Hint disabled - FIXED.
   - Uninstall program doesn't find install.log automatically - FIXED.
   - Incorrect Help files being installed on Windows NT/2000 systems - FIXED.

V3.03 9/1/01 Release

   - Following error msg received when scrolling Aircraft Records table: 'This value is outside the valid range for this field'.Size of Aircaft Records 'Hours' field not large enough for heavily utilised aircraft - FIXED.

  - Deleted records from V1/V2 data files which would normally be removed automatically at program shutdown (but weren't in one recorded case) could be copied to re-formatted V3 files and marked undeleted during V1/V2 to V3 up-grade installations - FIXED.
