New V4.00 Features and Changes:

   - New 32 Bit version.
   - Main Menu 'Hot' buttons introduced.
   - Flat style toolbar buttons introduced for all forms.
   - Charts' horizontal scrollbar removed. Scrolling now implemented by dragging the mouse
     horizontally over the chart while holding the right mouse button pressed.
   - Proportional vertical scrollbars introduced for all Table views.
   - Custom colours added to Preferences Field/Table Colours selection.
   - All Record style data entry forms replaced by 'paper' style forms.
   - Day/Night S/E, M/E & Total totals added to Total Hours report.
   - Pilot Data Licence field sizes increased to 20 chars.
   - Preferences form changed to functionally based Tabbed Notebook style.
   - 4900+ International airports database introduced. 
   - Airports Records database 'Name' & 'ICAO Code' options added to 'Current Flight Record Entries' lists for flight records' Departure and Arrival fields lookups.
   - Skylog's Configuration file - skylog.ini - added to backup.zip file set.
   - Pilot Data form's IMC expiry date entry now allowed with IR expiry date entry.
   - 2-Digit century dates changed to 4-digit except for Flight/Simulator Records printouts.
   - Start date of reports' date ranges may now be earlier than first recorded Flight/Sim record's date.
   - Changes to an Aircraft Records A/C Type are now only applied to flight and performance records with the specific registration.
   - New Registration process introduced based on Skylog Distributor supplied Registered Name and unique, name-based, Registration Code. Registration may be carried out at installation or from 'Unregistered' reminder screen or Main Menu File|Register selection. 30-day unregistered use permitted.
  - Simulator totals on Total Hours report and  Simulator Records page can only show 1092 hours max - FIXED.

   - Total Hours report not working correctly when Captain entries are made - FIXED. 

V4.02 01/08/2001 Release
========================

   - Restore not working on certain versions of Windows 95 - Fixed. 

   - Restore from a multi-disk backup set doesn't work if the 2nd disk of the set is inserted first - 'Please insert Backup Disk' message amended to 'Please insert your Backup Disk (or the 1st disk of a multi-disk backup set) in Drive A'. To be fixed later.

   - Recent Experience report not working correctly - FIXED.

   - Deleted Airport Records not deleted until Skylog is closed - FIXED.

   - Annual/Monthly reports generate columns with spurious data if a Flight Record's COST field is blank - FIXED.

   - Non-JAR Ratings' expiry warnings refer to JAR Ratings' titles - FIXED.

   - Non-ICAO codes allowed in Airport Records' ICAO fields - CHANGE.

   - Incorrect Edit field and Grid colours when Windows Country Code is greater than 255 - FIXED.
